What this space is
A reclaimed life is not about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself — to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing. Healing here is not a performance. It’s a practice of presence, patience, and integration.
Current Courses
Safe to Slow
This path is for those who learned they had to earn their rest,
and are ready for a reset.
The ones who carried the
hurry of their hurts,
and learned to center productivity over presence, doing over being, and performance over truth.
It’s a practice in returning to self in a way that soothes… in your own way.
Centering Joy
This path is about leaning into your light as an anchor through whatever may come.
Centering joy isn’t about the absence of struggle;
it’s about the resilience of our worthiness to turn toward joy no matter the season.
This if for those ready to
practice joy as a devotion
and discover what brings it alive in you when you make space for it on purpose.
What This Work Is Rooted In
My work is grounded, trauma-informed, and shaped by lived experience. It draws from meditation, somatic awareness, Reiki-informed energy work, nature-based wisdom, and reflection as ways to build safety and trust from the inside out.
I don’t believe in bypassing pain or chasing constant growth.
I believe in integration. In rhythm. In learning how to listen inward without urgency.
A reclaimed life is built slowly, with presence and care.
